How long does delivery take?
Our delivery timeframe is 1 hour plus we allow 45 minutes of processing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1-2 days after your order has been dispatched, excluding weekends. Please note that we allow 24 hours for processing shipping orders.
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver to all areas within Cincinnati and up to one hour away from the center of Cincinnati.
Do you have a physical store?
I’m afraid to say, currently, we do not have a physical store. We operate exclusively through deliveries and shipping.
I see free shipping here, why am I charged $15 upon checkout?
Free shipping and same-day delivery are two different delivery options we offer. Free shipping is via UPS and may take a few days for the order to arrive. Same-day delivery, on the other hand, ensures your order arrives the same day as long as it’s within our business hours and delivery zone, but it comes with an additional charge of $15.
Can I just show my ID upon delivery? I don’t want to go through the verification process.
Yes, you can, if you are a repeat customer. However, if this is your first time ordering with us, you’ll need to go through the verification process for security purposes—especially if your order was put on hold due to a mismatch between the billing and shipping addresses.
Is THCA a real marijuana?
Yes, THCA is a real component of marijuana. However, THCA itself is non-psychoactive, meaning it won’t make you high. To activate THCA into THC, it needs to undergo a process called decarboxylation, which typically happens when the cannabis is heated (such as when smoking or vaping).
What is the difference between Delta-8 and Delta-9?
Delta-8 and Delta-9 are both THC cannabinoids, but Delta-9 is the stronger, more potent form that causes the typical “high.” Delta-8 is similar but milder, offering a less intense, clearer high with fewer anxiety effects.
Why am I being charged if the order didn’t go through? (For failed orders)
When an order fails, the charge you see is called a pre-authorization. This is a temporary hold placed on your account to ensure the payment method is valid. It’s not an actual charge, and the hold will be released if the order doesn’t go through.
Order issue policy
Our policy allows us to address order concerns only within a 7-day grace period after delivery.
Is this legal?
In 2018, the Farm Bill was enacted, permitting the cultivation and sale of cannabis as long as the Delta-9 THC content remains below 0.3% by dry weight. Every Cinci420 product is carefully tested and made to comply with this legal requirement.
