Refund and Cancellation Policy
Delivery Orders
Customers can cancel and receive a full refund as long as the driver has not yet departed for delivery. If the driver has departed but hasn’t reached the delivery location, cancellations may still be possible on a case-by-case basis, though partial fees may apply to cover costs.
Shipping Orders
Customers can cancel and receive a full refund if the package has not been dropped off at the UPS store. For packages in transit to UPS or already processed, we will work with the customer to find a solution, such as store credit or return options, if possible.
Added Customer Reassurance
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, ensuring a timely resolution. We value our customers and aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
